2012 in Review

 2012 has been such a great year for our little family. The Lord has blessed us in so many ways, and I can't wait to see what He has in store for us in the 2013. Here is a recap of our year...

Also in December, I shipped off all of my milk that I had frozen. I stopped feeding Caroline breastmilk at 14 months. My total milk donation came out to 3,072 ounces!!!

Christmas 2012

We had a wonderful Christmas this year. Caroline was definitely more into things this year since last year she was only five months old. I know each year is going to continue to be more fun =). She got a lot of great toys, baby dolls, books, and many other things. We spent Christmas Eve with my mom's side of the family, and then that night we came back home and spent the evening and next morning with my dad's side. Then everyone left early on Christmas morning to try and escape the winter weather that was coming! Thankfully, we didn't get one drop of snow, but we do have some really really cold temps.

Lights on the Square

A couple weeks ago, we went down to see the lights on the Fayetteville square. It was so much fun, and the lights were beautiful. I am hoping this can become an annual tradition for our little family. Here are some pictures from our evening...

A couple weeks ago, our play group got together to deliver Christmas goodies to a local nursing home. It was a lot of fun and getting to bless the residents this Christmas season. Caroline is a little young to understand, but I think she still had a good time. Here is a group shot of the kiddos...

Leslie from Giraffic Arts did our Christmas cards this year. I love working with her. Her creativity always amazes me. Virgila from Virgila Dale Photography took our fall pictures this year. They were out of town, so we weren't able to include the dogs. This was their first abandonment since having a kid =). Saying we had a horrible morning before the pictures is quite the understatement. Caroline had an accident that ended up all over her outfit which ended up on my outfit. She was upset and it was chilly, so we were thankful when the session was over. The pictures turned out really good minus the fact Caroline doesn't look to happy. But towards the end, she finally cracked a couple smiles. Here are some of our fall family pictures...
