Stephen took the Friday off, and we headed to Silver Dollar City. I think it was our first time just the four of us have really gone away and done something, and it was wonderful. This was Will's first time, and he loved it.

FRIDAY FAVORITES
Well I finally got this blog caught up from not posting anything in May, so today I am linking with with Erika, Narci, and Andrea for some Friday Favorites!
Stephen's Aunt Greta and Uncle Klaus were visiting the United States from Germany. While they were here, they were able to come to Arkansas. We had the best time visiting with them. We hadn't seem Uncle Klaus since Stephen and I first started dating in August 2005! Aunt Greta came to our wedding, so it has been almost 8 years since we had seen her. It was a wonderful time! I am ready to plan a trip to Germany and visit them!
This dog! He is something else. If Caroline isn't with us in the car, then he thinks he has to ride in her car seat!
Doesn't everyone go to SAMs to buy beach towels so that their son can lay on them! He rode like this until we checked out. Ha!
This girl! She is all about that microphone that she just had to give her brother for his birthday. And then those nails! Those are definitely a favorite of hers. =)
You see this sweet cuddly picture and think "how sweet". Well the truth is, when he gets in trouble he runs to his sister to be consoled. Ha!
So thankful for this sweet little friendship that is budding! We are so thankful to have moved into a neighborhood with a ton of kids! Caroline loves playing with neighbors, and Cecilia is definitely an answer to prayer!

WILL IS TWO!
Caroline was up before Will ready to give him her gift. So we took her to Toys R Us to pick him out a few presents. Well she had been there earlier in the day, and she had her mind set on getting him a microphone. We are pretty sure she was really just picking herself out a new toy. Haha!
Once he was finally up, we opened up his presents that we had bought him. He got his "big gift" after his party. The family all went in and bought him a jeep. He loves to drive, and the jeep he has just wasn't fast enough so he was always driving Caroline's frozen jeep.
The rest of the day was spent getting ready for his party. We had it at our house, and the kids swam. It was a great time!
After everyone left, we gave him his jeep and he LOVES it!
