Father's Day

We had a pretty laid back Father's Day. Stephen actually spent the weekend visiting our dog in Kansas, so Caroline and I had a girls weekend! While he was gone, we went shopping for him a father's day gift and did some craft projects to give him. He got home early Sunday morning, and then we met him and his parents for a father's day lunch after church.

Busy Weekend

Last weekend was fun but also busy! The three of us all went in different directions! Caroline spent the weekend with her Oma and Opa, Stephen went on a fishing trip to Mississippi, and I went to the state tennis tournament in Little Rock. 

Our first match was scheduled for Friday, but due to the thunderstorms passing through Little Rock, we had a rain delay and hung out in the basement of the tennis center until it passed! We lost our first two matched and won our third. Even though, it wasn't in our favor, we still had a great girl's weekend!

Caroline had a great time with Oma and Opa! From what it sounds, Oma kept her busy! They had fun at the park, she pampered Oma, and Oma fed her well!

Stephen went to Grenada, Mississippi to fish on some well-known crappie lakes. They caught a lot of fish, and those fish were huge!! Bigger than any crappie around here!!

My mom and I picked Caroline up on Sunday, and then we went to my Granny's house. Caroline loved playing at her house. She found this phone, and she didn't know what it was! It was funny!

When we finally got home, it didn't take her long to start dressing-up!

Now if all the rain would pass, we could start enjoying some sunny summer weather!
